If you know me, you know that Sharing is one thing I value a lot. If I became who I am today, it’s because someone at some point was kind enough to share some pieces of advices with me.
In recognition of this, I want to give back to the community.
The message I wanted to share is &a reminder that says “each one of us has our own unique values and purpose in this world. We all have more of less difficult phases in our lives, and it’s important at this moment to remember who we are.”

I remember arriving in Chicago and being surprised by the amount of homeless people, and even more by the contrast of rich and poor people at the same place.
So instead of not being able to be with my family because of COVID restrictions, I’ve decided to be «there» for peoples in needs. The 20th of December I bought my 6lbs. of walnuts, 6 lbs. of chocolate, 100 empty decoratedboxes.The 23rd of December I’ve started the production in my kitchen. Early in the morning, I made 50 cookies batches until I run out of stock.
Total: 400 cookies shared.
The message I wanted to share was &a reminder that says each one of us has our own unique values and purpose in this world. We all have more of less difficult phases in our lives, and it’s important at this moment to remember who we are.

I recently had the honor to be published in the very own Culinary Reviews Magazine. I’ve been contacted by Robert Weminschenr, Chef at The Los Angeles Trade-Technical College in California, and Author of « The Dessert Architect » and other amazing cook books.
The idea was to create a tea-based pastry, so I designed a very unique pastry mixing flavors, textures and cultures.. including the three major teas, black, white and green.
